What is the SRIVANI Trust?
SRIVANI stands for Sri Venkateswara Aalayala Nirmanam Trust (Sri Venkateswara Temple Construction Trust). The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) uses donations made to the SRIVANI Trust for constructing temples.
To encourage donations for temple construction, TTD offers Break Darshan privileges to donors.
How much donation is required for Break Darshan?
A donation of ₹10,000 per person is required to avail of Break Darshan.
Can a couple go together with a single ₹10,000 donation?
No. ₹10,000 is for one person only. A couple will need to donate ₹20,000 to avail of Break Darshan for both.
Do children also require a ₹10,000 donation?
Children below the age of 12 can accompany adults without requiring a ticket. Children must carry their Aadhar Card as Mandatory age proof.
What is the difference between the ₹300 darshan and SRIVANI Break Darshan?
• In the ₹300 darshan, devotees can view the deity from the Jaya-Vijaya point.
• In the SRIVANI Break Darshan, devotees are taken closer, right up to the First Threshold (Maha Dwaram / Modati Gadapa), for a closer view.
Is prasadam provided with SRIVANI Break Darshan?
Yes. During SRIVANI Break Darshan, devotees are escorted from the temple's Dwaja Stambham (flag post) to the First Threshold. At this time, prasadam available near the deity is provided to devotees.
Is accommodation included with the ticket?
• Single Ticket: Accommodation is not provided.
• Two or more Tickets: Accommodation is provided, subject to availability.
For online bookings, there is a 90% chance of securing accommodation.
Where can SRIVANI tickets be purchased besides online?
SRIVANI tickets are available:
1. Online through the TTD website or app.
2. On-site at:
o Gokulam (on the hill): 800 tickets daily from November 22, 2024.
o Tirupati Airport: 200 tickets daily.
When will darshan be scheduled for on-site ticket bookings?
• Online Booking: You can select your preferred darshan date.
• Gokulam / Tirupati Airport Booking: Tickets must be purchased one day prior to the darshan date.
What are the ticket issuing timings?
Tickets are issued daily from 8:00 AM onwards, until the allocated quota (800 tickets at Gokulam) is sold out.
Will rooms be provided for on-site ticket bookings?
Rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
What time does SRIVANI Break Darshan usually occur?
Darshan timings vary based on the temple’s daily rituals. Typically, darshan occurs before 10:00 AM, though it may start as early as 4:00 AM on some days.
How does the online booking process work?
1. Visit the TTD website or use the TTD app.
2. Click on the SRIVANI option and check darshan availability.
3. Pay ₹10,000 as a donation, followed by ₹500 to book the Break Darshan. The total cost is ₹10,500.
4. After the donation, a new option called Donor Privilege will appear in the menu. Click on this to book Break Darshan and accommodation simultaneously.
What attire is required for darshan?
Devotees must wear traditional attire for the darshan.
