Tirumala Virtual Seva Booking Process Darshan Details Hindu Temples Guide

Virtual Seva Online Booking

Om Namo Venkatesaya! Welcome to the Hindu Temples Guide. Let us now explore information about the ₹500 darshan tickets (Virtual) at Tirumala.

The ₹500 ticket is one of the most popular options among devotees for Tirumala darshan. Introduced during the pandemic to facilitate online booking of services, it was implemented following a request to the TTD EO (Executive Officer). Initially, online services faced no major issues due to limited pilgrim movement. However, with the resumption of temple visits, several queries have arisen about these services. Let’s address them below.

What is a ₹500 ticket?

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) introduced online Arjitha Sevas priced at ₹500 per ticket.

What services are included in the Arjitha Sevas?

The ₹500 online seva includes four types of services:

  • Kalyanam
  • Unjal Seva
  • Arjitha Brahmotsavam
  • Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva

Does online seva include darshan?

Yes, darshan is included, but the seva itself will not be performed.

Do online seva ticket holders get Supatham darshan?

No, they are issued a ₹300 darshan ticket instead.

What is the difference between Arjitha Kalyanam and online Kalyanam?

Arjitha Kalyanam: Includes Supatham darshan, participation in the Kalyanam ritual, and darshan after the seva.

Online Kalyanam: Does not include Supatham darshan or witnessing the Kalyanam ritual. Devotees must join the ₹300 darshan queue for darshan.

How to book darshan after purchasing the online seva ticket?

Once you book the seva ticket, you must also book darshan separately.

Log in to your TTD account and navigate to the "Booking History" section.

Click on the booked seva ticket.

Select "View" to access your ticket.

Click "Darshan" at the bottom of the ticket. A calendar will open where you can choose and book your darshan slot.

Can I cancel the seva ticket if I booked it by mistake?

No, tickets cannot be canceled. However, darshan can be booked anytime within one year of booking the seva.

What if I cannot attend after booking darshan?

Once darshan is booked, the date cannot be modified, and the ticket amount is non-refundable.

If we book an online seva for two people and one cannot attend, can the other person go alone or bring someone else instead?

You can go alone.

You cannot replace the absentee with another person.
